Who exactly are we?

Finovo is the leading mortgage management partner for pension funds, insurance companies, and investment foundations in Switzerland, enabling institutional investors to place their funds directly into mortgages.

As a growing company, we are a wholly owned subsidiary of MoneyPark SA, a Helvetia company, and currently manage a large volume of mortgage loans.

Our priority is the most efficient and digitalised mortgage loan management. Finovo - the mortgage specialists.

Your responsibilities:

  • You ensure the complete follow-up of a credit file, from receipt of the signed contract to loan disbursement, as well as the completion of any reservations before/after disbursement.
  • You ensure compliance with the establishment of real estate and additional guarantees related to the mortgage loans of our institutional clients.
  • You manage all stages and events throughout the life of the mortgage loan: invoice payments, client requests, repayments.
  • You play a key liaison role to ensure smooth and effective collaboration between banks, institutions, internal and external advisors.
  • You directly contribute to the ongoing development of Finovo by actively participating in internal projects.

What you bring

  • You are interested in the mortgage sector and may already have some initial experience.
  • You have completed commercial training or a comparable course, with a financial specialisation (profile M).
  • Autonomous, you combine rigour, organisation, quality awareness, and client orientation.
  • Your French is excellent, you master German, and knowledge of another language is a plus.
  • You have a genuine interest in finance and are motivated to learn, actively engage, and take on responsibilities in a dynamic corporate environment.
