Für ein international tätiges Unternehmen im regulierten MedTech-/Life-Sciences-Umfeld suchen wir eine juniorige Unterstützung im Bereich Process Engineering. Die Rolle unterstützt Projektkoordination, PMO-Governance und Decommissioning-Aktivitäten im Produktionsumfeld.

Zweck der Position: Die Position bietet Einblick in Projektmanagement, Manufacturing Engineering und funktionsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit in einem regulierten Umfeld. Sie eignet sich besonders für Berufseinsteiger:innen oder Kandidat:innen mit erster relevanter Erfahrung.

Hauptaufgaben: •Unterstützung bei PMO-Governance, Projekttracking, Massnahmenlisten und Status-Reporting. •Mitwirkung bei Planung und Umsetzung von Decommissioning-Aktivitäten für Anlagen, Tools und Prozesse. •Koordination mit internen Schnittstellen wie Operations, Qualität, EHS, Facilities und Einkauf. •Pflege von Projektdokumentation, Protokollen, Dashboards und KPI-Übersichten. •Sicherstellung der Einhaltung relevanter Qualitäts-, GMP- und EHS-Anforderungen.

Erforderliche Qualifikationen & Erfahrung: •Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss in Maschinenbau, Verfahrenstechnik, Industrial Engineering, Mikrotechnik oder vergleichbarer Fachrichtung. •Erste Erfahrung durch Praktika, Projekte oder bis zu ca. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in Produktion, Engineering oder Projektkoordination. •Gutes Verständnis für strukturierte Projektarbeit und sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; Erfahrung mit Projekt- oder ERP-Tools von Vorteil. •Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse; Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil. •Arbeits- und Aufenthaltsbewilligung für die Schweiz.

Wünschenswerte Qualifikationen: •Erfahrung in MedTech, Pharma oder einem anderen regulierten Produktionsumfeld. •Grundkenntnisse von GMP, ISO 13485 oder vergleichbaren Qualitätsstandards. •Erfahrung mit ERP-, PLM- oder Dokumentationssystemen.

Fähigkeiten & Kompetenzen: •Strukturierte, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise. •Hohe Organisationsfähigkeit und genaue Dokumentation. •Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Freude an funktionsübergreifender Zusammenarbeit. •Proaktive, lernbereite und verantwortungsbewusste Persönlichkeit.

Arbeitsbedingungen: •Arbeitsmodell: überwiegend vor Ort im Grossraum Basel / Basel-Land. •Pensum: Vollzeit. •Gelegentliche Präsenz in produktionsnahen Bereichen kann erforderlich sein.
