Für unseren Kunden, ein international tätiges Engineering-Unternehmen mit Schwerpunkt auf der Life-Science-Industrie, suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als Junior Projektleiter Elektro - Technische Gebäudeausrüstung TGA (m/w/d). In dieser Position unterstützen Sie anspruchsvolle Projekte im Bereich der Elektroplanung und übernehmen schrittweise mehr Verantwortung - von der Konzeptphase über die Detailplanung bis zur Ausführung und Übergabe an den Kunden.

Aufgaben ###

  • Unterstützung bei der Planung, Koordination und Abwicklung von Elektroprojekten
  • Mitarbeit in sämtlichen Projektphasen von der Konzeptentwicklung bis zur Ausführung
  • Unterstützung bei Sachverständigenprüfungen und Abnahmen von Elektroanlagen
  • Mitarbeit bei der Steuerung von Kosten, Terminen und Qualität
  • Erstellung von Angeboten und Unterstützung bei der Akquisition
  • Erstellung von Ausschreibungsunterlagen für Stark- und Schwachstromanlagen
  • Unterstützung bei Kostenschätzungen, Kostenkontrolle und Baubuchhaltung
  • Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen für Elektro-, Telematik- und Sicherheitsanlagen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Fachplanern und Koordination der Gewerke im 3D-Modell

Anforderungen ###

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Elektrotechnik, Versorgungstechnik oder Gebäudetechnik bzw. technische Ausbildung mit entsprechender Weiterbildung
  • Berufserfahrung in der Elektroplanung oder Elektroinstallation
  • Grundkenntnisse in GMP-regulierten Produktionsumgebungen
  • Erfahrung in der Planung und Ausschreibung von Elektroanlagen von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse in Energieversorgung, Stark- und Schwachstrom, Beleuchtung sowie IT-, Kommunikations-, Safety- und Securityanlagen
  • Erfahrung mit 3D-CAD- und BIM-Tools von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse in Kollisionsprüfung und interdisziplinärer Modellkoordination
  • Teamfähige und kommunikative Persönlichkeit
  • Bereitschaft zu Reisen innerhalb der DACH-Region
