Dein Alltag

Als Junior Projektleiter:in Bodenbeläge begleitest du Projekte von der Vorbereitung bis zur erfolgreichen Übergabe. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit Kunden, Lieferanten, Bauleitungen und den Montageteams zusammen. Schritt für Schritt übernimmst du mehr Verantwortung und entwickelst dich in Richtung selbstständige Projektleitung.

  • Unterstützung bei der Planung und Organisation von Bodenbelagsprojekten
  • Betreuung und Koordination von Baustellen und Montageteams
  • Aufnahme von Ausmassen direkt auf der Baustelle
  • Mithilfe bei der Erstellung von Offerten und Kalkulationen
  • Bestellung und Koordination von Materialien
  • Terminplanung und Abstimmung mit Kunden, Bauleitungen und Lieferanten
  • Kontrolle von Qualität, Terminen und ausgeführten Arbeiten
  • Unterstützung bei Abnahmen und Projektabschlüssen
  • Bearbeitung von Rapporten, Nachträgen und Projektdokumentationen
  • Schrittweise Übernahme eigener Projekte

Das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Boden-Parkettleger:in EFZ oder vergleichbare Ausbildung im Bau- oder Innenausbaubereich
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Bodenbeläge von Vorteil
  • Interesse an Projektleitung, Organisation und Kundenkontakt
  • Technisches Verständnis und gutes räumliches Vorstellungsvermögen
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden und Handwerkern
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Programmen
  • Führerausweis Kategorie B
