Junior Regional Sales Representative  (H/F)

Pour le compte de notre client, une entreprise internationale active dans un environnement industriel technique et exigeant, nous recherchons un profil commercial junior orienté développement, conseil client et vente de solutions à forte valeur ajoutée.

Le poste est basé dans le canton de Vaud et implique des déplacements réguliers.

Responsabilités principales

Accompagner le développement et le suivi d-un portefeuille de clients et de prospects sur une zone géographique définie Préparer les offres commerciales et devis, puis en assurer le suivi jusqu-à la confirmation des commandes Répondre aux demandes entrantes des clients et qualifier leurs besoins Transmettre les demandes spécifiques aux équipes techniques lorsque cela est nécessaire Mettre à jour avec précision les outils de suivi commercial, notamment Insightly CRM et Monday.com Coordonner le suivi des commandes avec les équipes internes, notamment l-ingénierie, la logistique et l-expédition Participer à des salons professionnels et à des actions de prospection, sous la supervision d-un collaborateur expérimenté Contribuer à la préparation des supports commerciaux, présentations, argumentaires et reportings Développer progressivement sa connaissance des solutions techniques et scientifiques proposées par l-entreprise

 

Profil recherché Formation supérieure de niveau Bachelor en commerce, vente, marketing ou dans un domaine connexe Une première expérience professionnelle ou un stage pertinent dans la vente, le développement commercial ou la relation client constitue un atout, sans être indispensable Fort intérêt pour un environnement technique et scientifique, notamment dans les secteurs pharmaceutique et medtech Volonté d-apprendre le vocabulaire, les produits et les enjeux spécifiques à l-industrie Maîtrise courante du français et de l-anglais, à l-oral comme à l-écrit, indispensable La connaissance de l-allemand, de l-italien ou de l-espagnol constitue un atout Excellentes capacités relationnelles et aisance dans la communication orale et écrite Organisation, rigueur et capacité à gagner progressivement en autonomie Orientation client, sens du service et intérêt pour le développement commercial Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques courants, notamment MS Office et les solutions CRM Disponibilité pour participer à des salons professionnels et à des activités de prospection
