Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte und motivierte Persönlichkeit als Manager 100% (m/w):

Be a \- Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützung beim Auf\- und Ausbau der Verkaufsabteilung sowie bei der Umsetzung von Verkaufsaktivitäten
  • Administrative und organisatorische Unterstützung der Leitung CRM / / Catering
  • Aktive Neukundengewinnung durch Kaltakquise, Tele\- sowie Terminvereinbarungen
  • Pflege bestehender Kundenkontakte sowie laufende Aktualisierung und Sicherstellung der Datenqualität im CRM\-System
  • Planung, Koordination und Durchführung von Verkaufsaktivitäten, Kundenterminen und \-Massnahmen
  • Vorbereitung und Nachbearbeitung von Meetings inklusive Traktandenführung und Protokollwesen
  • Kontrolle und Bearbeitung von Spesenabrechnungen
  • Verantwortung für das Bestellwesen sowie weitere allgemeine administrative Aufgaben im Tagesgeschäft

Be a \- Ihr Profil:

  • Erfahrung im Verkauf, idealerweise in der Hotellerie, Gastronomie, Eventbranche oder im Cateringbereich
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Hotelfach oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Ausgeprägte Verkaufs\- und Dienstleistungsorientierung mit Freude am aktiven Kundenkontakt
  • Kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit sympathischem, gewinnendem und professionellem Auftreten
  • Organisationstalent mit zuverlässiger, strukturierter und selbstständiger Arbeitsweise
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, hohe Eigeninitiative und eine lösungsorientierte Denkweise
  • Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität – auch in dynamischen Situationen behalten Sie den Überblick
  • Teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Hands\-on\-Mentalität
  • Sehr gute Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse; weitere Fremdsprachen sind von Vorteil
