Für unsere inhabergeführte Modeagentur mit Sitz in Zürich suchen wir eine erfahrene und modeaffine Persönlichkeit als Account Manager Fashion \& (m/w/d).

Deine Aufgaben --------------

  • Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung im operativen Tagesgeschäft bei den orga­nisatorischen, administrativen und koordinativen Aufgaben, die im Alltag einer Modeagentur anfallen
  • Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung, Umsetzung und Nachverfolgung laufender Themen
  • Unterstützung bei Verkaufsterminen und Präsentationen der Kollektionen
  • Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen, Auf­trägen und Retouren nach Anleitung
  • Unterstützung bei der Kundenakquise und im After\-
  • Unterstützung bei der Kommunikation mit Kunden und Lieferanten
  • Mithilfe beim Auf\- und Abbau sowie bei der ansprechenden Präsentation der Kollektio­nen im Showroom
  • Allgemeine Unterstützung im Agenturalltag und bei der Betreuung unserer Kunden

Dein Profil -----------

  • Du hast ein Studium oder eine Ausbildung im Bereich Textil, Mode, Fashion, Einzel­handel oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich erfolgreich abgeschlossen
  • Du möchtest dich fachlich und persönlich weiterentwickeln, Verantwortung über­neh­men und Schritt für Schritt mehr im Verkauf und in der Kundenbetreuung lernen
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Verkauf, im Kunden­kontakt oder in der Modebranche sind von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung
  • Begeisterung für Mode und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen sind für dich selbst­verständlich
  • Du bist lernbereit, motiviert und zuver­lässig und hast Lust, dich langfristig in Richtung Kundenbetreuung und weiterzuentwickeln
  • Ein freundliches, offenes und gepflegtes Auftreten ist für dich selbstverständlich
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse sind ein Muss; ösisch\- und Englischkenntnisse sind ein Plus
  • Du bist dir für keine Aufgabe zu schade und packst gerne mit an – auch die Vorbe­rei­tung von Kaffee und Verpflegung für Kun­den oder das Aufräumen und Herrichten des Showrooms gehören für dich selbst­ver­ständlich zum Agenturalltag
