Aufgaben

  • Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere SAP-Systeme stabil laufen und die Qualität stimmt. Gleichzeitig hast du den Freiraum, Dinge neu und besser zu machen.
  • Du unterstützt bei der Koordination unserer IT-Dienstleister und begleitest die Umsetzung technischer Anforderungen.
  • Du hast unsere Systemlandschaft im Blick (Monitoring), gehst technischen Störungen analytisch auf den Grund (Troubleshooting) und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Betrieb.
  • Wir lassen dich nicht allein! Du baust Know-how in SAP-Basis und Betriebsthemen auf und du teilst dieses Wissen aktiv im Team.
  • Du setzt kleine Lösungen und Anpassungen (z.B. in ABAP oder Fiori) eigenständig oder Seite an Seite mit unseren Business Analysten um.
  • Du durchleuchtest bestehende Abläufe, findest das Optimierungspotenzial und treibst Verbesserungen gemeinsam mit dem Business voran.
  • Du hilfst mit, unsere Systemdokumentationen und Wissensdatenbanken aktuell zu halten und weiter auszubauen.
  • Du bist aktiv dabei und bringst deine Ideen ein, wie wir unsere spannende SAP-Cloud-Journey vorantreiben.

Anforderungen

  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium (Uni/FH/HF) in (Wirtschafts-) Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung.
  • Du hattest bereits erste Berührungspunkte mit SAP (z.B. im Studium, Praktikum oder ersten Job) und hast richtig Lust auf moderne Themen wie BTP, RISE, Hyperscaler oder Entwicklung. Du musst noch nicht alles können, deine Lernbereitschaft zählt!
  • Du verstehst die Technik, willst aber auch wissen, wie der Fachbereich tickt, um echte Mehrwerte zu schaffen.
  • Du gehst Herausforderungen analytisch an, arbeitest strukturiert und suchst stets nach der besten Lösung.
  • Du bist ein Übersetzer zwischen den Welten: du sprichst die Sprache der Entwickler genauso fliessend wie die der Fachbereiche.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
