Du bringst Erfahrung im Finanzwesen mit, arbeitest gerne mit digitalen Lösungen und hast Freude daran, Kunden bei der optimalen Nutzung von Abacus zu unterstützen? Dann könnte diese Position genau zu dir passen. Deine Aufgaben Du unterstützt und betreust Kunden in den Bereichen Finanzbuchhaltung, Debitoren, Kreditoren und Electronic Banking. Du bearbeitest Supportanfragen rund um die Abacus\-Finanzapplikationen. Du analysierst Fragestellungen, findest praxisnahe Lösungen und hilfst bei deren Umsetzung. Du wirkst bei ERP\- und Digitalisierungsprojekten mit und übernimmst Teilverantwortung für spannende Projektaufgaben. Du begleitest Anwenderinnen und Anwender bei der Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von Abacus\-Lösungen. Du arbeitest eng mit Fachspezialisten aus den Bereichen Finanzen, Treuhand und Digitalisierung zusammen. Das bringst du mit Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung (KV) o.ä. Berufserfahrung im Rechnungswesen, in der Finanzbuchhaltung oder im Treuhandwesen Erfahrung mit Abacus, insbesondere in den Modulen Finanzbuchhaltung, Debitoren, Kreditoren und Electronic Banking Hohe IT\-Affinität und Interesse an digitalen Prozessen und neuen Technologien Strukturierte, zuverlässige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise Freude am Kundenkontakt sowie eine ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung Das zeichnet dich aus Du denkst mit und packst an. Du behältst auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen einen kühlen Kopf. Du arbeitest gerne im Team und unterstützt Kolleginnen und Kollegen aktiv.
