Willkommen im pulsierenden Herzen unseres Paketzentrums in Frauenfeld! Als Junior Servicetechniker:in unterstützt du unser Technikteam bei der Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit und Zuverlässigkeit unserer Sortier-, Förder- und Betriebsanlagen. Dich erwartet ein abwechslungsreiches technisches Umfeld, in dem du dein Fachwissen einbringen, Verantwortung übernehmen und dich fachlich wie persönlich weiterentwickeln kannst.

 

Das kannst du bewirken

  • Gemeinsam mit dem Technikteam stellst du die zuverlässige und termingerechte Instandhaltung unserer Sortier-, Förder- und Betriebsanlagen sicher und trägst damit zu einer hohen Anlagenverfügbarkeit bei.
  • Technische Störungen analysierst du systematisch, führst gezielte Fehlersuchen durch und behebst diese selbstständig oder gemeinsam mit erfahrenen Servicetechniker:innen.
  • Wartungs-, Inspektions- und Reparaturarbeiten gehören ebenso zu deinen Aufgaben wie die Unterstützung bei mechanischen sowie, im Rahmen deiner Qualifikation, elektrischen, pneumatischen und steuerungstechnischen Arbeiten.
  • Technische Schwachstellen erkennst du frühzeitig, bringst Verbesserungsvorschläge ein und wirkst bei Optimierungs- und Instandhaltungsmassnahmen mit.
  • Für eine nachvollziehbare Dokumentation hältst du Störungen, Wartungsarbeiten und Reparaturen in unseren digitalen Instandhaltungs- und Dokumentationssystemen fest.
  • Im laufenden Betrieb unterstützt du die technische Schichtleitung und übernimmst mit zunehmender Erfahrung zusätzliche Verantwortung im technischen Tagesgeschäft.
  • Auch in dynamischen Situationen arbeitest du zuverlässig, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert und hältst unsere Betriebs-, Arbeits- und Sicherheitsvorschriften konsequent ein.

 

Das bringst du mit

  • Eine abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung EFZ, beispielsweise als Polymechaniker:in, Produktionsmechaniker:in, Automatiker:in, Automatikmonteur:in oder Landmaschinenmechaniker:in, bildet deine fachliche Grundlage.
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in der Instandhaltung, Servicetechnik, Betriebstechnik oder im technischen Anlagenumfeld ist von Vorteil. Noch wichtiger sind uns dein technisches Verständnis und deine Lernbereitschaft.
  • Eine selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise zeichnet dich ebenso aus wie Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein.
  • Als Teamplayer:in kommunizierst du offen und behältst auch bei Störungen und unter Zeitdruck den Überblick.
  • Gute Anwenderkenntnisse in der Informatik bringst du mit. Erfahrung mit SAP, idealerweise SAP PM im Bereich Instandhaltung, ist ein zusätzliches Plus.
  • Du verfügst über gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie die Bereitschaft zum 2-Schichtbetrieb im Zeitfenster von 07:00 bis 03:00 Uhr runden dein Profil ab.
