Die Aufdenblatten Collection ist eine etablierte Hotelgruppe mit Betrieben in Zermatt und Täsch. Seit 1934 entwickeln wir unsere Häuser kontinuierlich weiter und führen mehrere Hotels und Restaurants.

Zu unseren Restaurants gehören unter anderem das Hornox, das Peakfine und das The Dude in Zermatt in Täsch betrieben wir das Ribis & Stibis und das Da Vinci.

Unsere Restaurants stehen für Qualität, Professionalität und ein stimmiges kulinarisches Gesamterlebnis – vom Frühstück über à la carte bis hin zu besonderen Genussmomenten am Abend. Wir verbinden regionale Einflüsse mit modernen Konzepten und legen grossen Wert auf Service, Effizienz und hohe Standards.

WIR SUCHEN Zur Verstärkung unserer Teams in mehreren Restaurants in Täsch und Zermatt suchen wir ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung einen engagierten und Teamfähigen Junio Sous Chef/ Tournant.WIR ERWARTEN

  • Selbstständige Führung eines eigenen Postens (Entremetier, Gardemanger, Saucier etc.)
  • Mise en Place und sorgfältige Vorbereitung aller benötigten Zutaten
  • Zubereitung und Anrichten von Speisen auf allen Posten nach unseren Qualitätsstandards
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs während des Service
  • Einhaltung der Hygienevorschriften (HACCP)
  • Kontrolle von Warenbestand und Qualität
  • Unterstützung bei der Warenbestellung und -annahme
  • Mitverantwortung für Ordnung und Sauberkeit in der Küche
  • Vertretung der Küchenchefin während ihrer Abwesenheit

IHR PROFIL

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch/Köchin oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position
  • Fundierte Fachkenntnisse auf allen Posten
  • Qualitätsbewusstsein und Liebe zum Detail
  • Belastbarkeit und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Selbstständiges und sauberes Arbeiten
