Sustainability Specialist (a) =============================

Die Group gestaltet nachhaltige Intralogistik\- und Systemlösungen für internationale Kunden. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine engagierte und analytisch denkende Persönlichkeit als Sustainability Specialist (a) mit Schwerpunkt auf Product Carbon Footprints (PCF) und Umweltkennzahlen.

Sustainability Specialist (a)

In dieser Funktion unterstützt du die Weiterentwicklung unserer Nachhaltigkeits\- und Klimainitiativen und arbeitest eng mit internen Fachbereichen sowie internationalen Gruppengesellschaften zusammen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung bei der Erhebung, Analyse und Validierung von Umwelt\- und ESG\-Daten auf Produkt\- und Gruppenebene
  • Mitarbeit bei der Berechnung und Weiterentwicklung von Product Carbon Footprints (PCF) für Produkte und Systeme
  • Mitarbeit bei CO2\-Bilanzen (Scope 1\-3\) sowie bei der Aufbereitung von Emissions\- und Materialdaten
  • Pflege, Weiterentwicklung und Qualitätssicherung der Nachhaltigkeitsdaten in internen Systemen und Reporting\-Tools
  • Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von internen und externen Berichten, Präsentationen und Entscheidungsgrundlagen
  • Recherche zu PCF\-Methodiken, Emissionsfaktoren, Lieferantenintegration, regulatorischen Anforderungen und Best Practices
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Produktmanagement, Einkauf, Entwicklung und Operations bei Projekten zu Produktnachhaltigkeit und Dekarbonisierung
  • Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung von Standards, Prozessen und Dokumentationen im Bereich Nachhaltigkeit
  • Koordination von Terminen, Datenabfragen und Projektaufgaben im Nachhaltigkeitskontext

Das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium (FH, Bachelor) in Nachhaltigkeit, Umweltwissenschaften, Ingenieurwesen oder ähnlichem
  • Praktische Erfahrung im Bereich PCF, CO2\-Bilanzierung, LCA oder Nachhaltigkeitsmanagement
  • Grundkenntnisse relevanter Standards und Methoden (z.B. GHG Protocol, ISO 14040/44, ISO 14067\)
  • Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Interesse an datenbasierten Fragestellungen
  • Sehr gute Excel\-Kenntnisse und sicherer Umgang mit Zahlen
  • Gute Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, ösisch von Vorteil
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit
