Wir suchen für die Abacus Research AG gezielt eine Person in der Deutschschweiz, die auch französischsprachige Kunden kompetent betreuen kann.

Ihre Herausforderung

  • Technik\-affin und lernwillig bearbeitest du im 2nd\- und 3rd\-Level Support komplexe Anfragen von Kunden und Vertriebspartnern rund um Abacus\-Applikationen (Auftragsbearbeitung, Produktionsplanungs\- \& steuerungssystem sowie CRM) auf Deutsch und ösisch
  • Eigenständig übernimmst du manuelles und automatisiertes Software\-Testing sowie Qualitätssicherung aller Abacus\-Module
  • Du führst Kunden\-Schulungen in Wittenbach und den anderen Abacus\-Standorten auf Deutsch und ösisch durch
  • Du dokumentierst Applikationen und Prozesse für interne und externe Zwecke
  • Du entwickelst dich kontinuierlich weiter und wirst zum Abacus\-Profi

Ihre Qualitäten und Begabungen

  • Kaufmännische Grundausbildung (Lehre, WMS, IMS, HMS etc.) – BMS von Vorteil
  • Verhandlungssicherheit in Deutsch und ösisch
  • IT\-Affinität und Interesse an Geschäftsprozessen
  • Erste Erfahrungen in Industrieunternehmen und Touchpoints mit verschiedenen Abteilungen erwünscht
  • Idealerweise entsprechende Weiterbildung (HF, FH, Universität) in (Wirtschafts\-)Informatik o.Ä.
  • Kommunikationstalent, Offenheit und Hands\-On Mentalität
