Für unseren Rechtsdienst im Departementssekretariat suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte und qualitätsbewusste Persönlichkeit

Aufgaben ##

  • Rechtliche Begleitung und Optimierung anspruchsvoller Richt- und Nutzungsplanungen, darunter die Revision der Bau- und Zonenordnung der Stadt Zürich
  • Erstellen von Kurzgutachten, Rechtstexten (Bauvorschriften) und den dazugehörigen Begleitdokumenten (Synopse, Erläuterungs-, Umweltverträglichkeits- und Einwendungsberichte)
  • Führen von Rechtsmittelverfahren
  • Rechtliche Beratung und Unterstützung der Fachabteilungen und des Departementsvorstehers
  • Erstellen von Entscheidungsgrundlagen zu Handen des Vorstehers, Stadtrats und Gemeinderats
  • Leitung von planungsrechtlichen Projekten

Profil ##

Sie haben vertiefte Kenntnisse im Raumplanungs- und Baurecht. Idealerweise bringen Sie Kenntnisse in mindestens einem weiteren Gebiet des besonderen Verwaltungsrechts mit, insbesondere im Bereich der Denkmalpflege, des Datenschutzes oder der öffentlichen Beschaffung. Sie haben die Fähigkeit, Verhandlungen zu führen und lösungsorientierte Ergebnisse zu erzielen. Sie haben Verständnis für komplexe fachübergreifende Fragestellungen und für verwaltungsinterne und -externe Abläufe. Sie erfassen komplexe Sachverhalte und können diese in einem politischen Umfeld fundiert in Analysen einbeziehen. Sie sind belastbar, kommunikativ, konfliktfähig und team- sowie dienstleistungsorientiert.
