Du möchtest dein juristisches Fachwissen in einem spannenden sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Umfeld einbringen und aktiv zur Rechtssicherheit beitragen? Für unser neu geschaffenes Team Recht Ausgleichskasse/Invalidenversicherung suchen wir per 1. Januar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte, sozialversicherungsaffine Persönlichkeit. In dieser vielseitigen Funktion führst du Rechtsmittel- und Beschwerdeverfahren durch, erteilst Rechtsauskünfte und überprüfst anspruchsvolle Fallkonstellationen. Dein Schwerpunkt liegt im Bereich der Invalidenversicherung, gleichzeitig bringst du die Bereitschaft mit, auch bei rechtlichen Fragestellungen der Ausgleichskasse mitzuwirken.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du führst selbständig Beschwerdeverfahren vor Kantons- und Bundesgericht.
  • Du erteilst intern wie auch extern Rechtsauskünfte.
  • Du nimmst an interdisziplinären Besprechungen teil und arbeitest in Projekten, Arbeitsgruppen sowie bei Schulungen mit.
  • Du führst Einspracheverfahren für Leistungen nach AHVG (Hilflosenentschädigung/Hilfsmittel) durch.
  • Du bearbeitest Gesuche für unentgeltliche Rechtspflege sowie weitere Sachgeschäfte der IV-Stelle.

Deine Kompetenzen

  • Du hast einen Universitätsabschluss in Rechtswissenschaften (lic.iur. oder MLaw).
  • Du bringst erste Berufserfahrungen mit, idealerweise im Sozialversicherungsrecht.
  • Du arbeitest gerne interdisziplinär wie auch selbständig.
  • Du verfügst über eine hohe Sozialkompetenz sowie eine lösungs- und dienstleistungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Du bist empathisch, zuverlässig, strukturiert und flexibel.
  • Du hast eine einwandfreie, stilsichere mündliche und schriftliche Ausdrucksweise.
