* Juristischer Hochschulabschluss auf Master-Niveau, idealerweise mit Anwaltspatent * Berufserfahrung in der Rechtsetzung sowie ausgewiesenes Interesse für relevante Rechtsgebiete * Ausgezeichnete redaktionelle Fähigkeiten, gewandte mündliche Ausdrucksweise und analytisches Denken * Organisationstalent und Kreativität, Belastbarkeit und Freude an der Arbeit in interdisziplinären Teams * Sehr gute aktive Kenntnisse in mindestens zwei unserer Amtssprachen

Kriminalprävention und Recht (KPR) betreibt Kompetenzzentren für Kriminalprävention, Rechtsfragen, Data Compliance und die Bekämpfung von Geldwäscherei (MROS) sowie den Bereich Gewalt bei Sportveranstaltungen. Die Abteilung Recht (RA) ist das Kompetenzzentrum für Rechtsfragen. Die RA führt die Rechtsetzungsprojekte von fedpol und berät die Direktion und die Linie zu Rechtsfragen, insbesondere im Personal- und Beschaffungswesen.
