Zusammen mit dir setzen wir die Strategie Digitale Verwaltung 2025\\+ übergreifend und koordiniert um und gestalten damit die digitale Transformation des Kantons Zürich. Der Bereich Digitale Verwaltung der Staatskanzlei verantwortet die Umsetzung der Strategie Digitale Verwaltung, beteiligt sich an Projekten der digitalen Transformation oder leitet diese, stellt den kantonalen Webauftritt, die Transaktionsplattform ZHservices, den Webzugang Zürikonto und das Mitarbeitendenportal ZHub zur Verfügung und berät die Verwaltung in Themen der digitalen Transformation. Die Abteilung Recht berät den Bereich Digitale Verwaltung in rechtlichen Fragen, identifiziert Regelungsbedarf im Bereich der digitalen Transformation und bereitet den Erlass rechtlicher Grundlagen vor. Ab Januar oder nach Vereinbarung suchen wir eine/n Jurist/in (80% -- 100%). Als Jurist/in der Abteilung Recht des Bereichs Digitale Verwaltung der Staatskanzlei bearbeitest du rechtliche Fragestellungen aus dem Tätigkeitsbereich der Digitalen Verwaltung, insbesondere zum Thema Künstliche Intelligenz. Deine Aufgaben \* Rechtliche Beratung von Projekten und Betriebsorganisationen. \* Fachliche Mitarbeit in Projektorganisationen. \* Abklären von Rechtsfragen und Erarbeitung von Rechtsanalysen. \* Verfassen von Mitberichten, Stellungnahmen und Regierungsratsanträgen. \* Leitung von bzw. Mitarbeit in Rechtsetzungsprojekten. Dein Profil \* Du verfügst über einen juristischen Hochschulabschluss. \* Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung im Staats\\- und Verwaltungsrecht sowie ein vertieftes Verständnis für datenschutzrechtliche Fragestellungen. \* Du hast Erfahrung mit rechtlichen Aspekten von Künstlicher Intelligenz. \* Du denkst vernetzt und arbeitest gern disziplinär. \* Du bist kommunikativ, dienstleistungsorientiert und überzeugend im Auftreten.
