Die Abteilung Rechtsdienst HRZ - die Schnittstelle von Recht, Politik und Human Resources - sucht per 1. November 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung eine erfahrene Person als Jurist\*in.

Aufgaben ##

  • Sie beraten stadtinterne Stellen - wie Projektleitende, HR-Verantwortliche sowie Jurist\*innen der Stadtverwaltung - in sämtlichen rechtlichen Fragen rund um das Arbeitsverhältnis und wirken bei der Sicherstellung der einheitlichen Anwendung der personalrechtlichen Vorgaben der Stadt Zürich mit.
  • Sie arbeiten in der Rechtsetzung mit und entwickeln die personalrechtlichen Grundlagen der Stadt Zürich weiter, verfassen und redigieren Anträge an den Stadtrat, Stellungnahmen, Verträge, Berichte sowie Präsentationen und bearbeiten politische Vorstösse und Fragen der parlamentarischen Kommissionen.
  • Sie entwickeln Weiterbildungsmodule und unterrichten in internen Weiterbildungsangeboten.

Profil ##

  • Abgeschlossenes juristisches Studium (MLaw oder lic. iur.), vorzugsweise mit Anwaltspatent
  • Berufserfahrung, vorzugsweise in der öffentlichen Verwaltung und idealerweise vertiefte Kenntnisse des öffentlichen Personalrechts, des Arbeitsrechts und damit zusammenhängender Rechtsgebiete sowie des allgemeinen Verwaltungsrechts
  • Interesse an politischen Fragestellungen und gewandter Umgang mit verschiedenen Anspruchsgruppen
  • Ausgezeichnete sprachliche Fähigkeiten in Deutsch
  • Entscheidungsfreudige, dienstleistungs- und handlungsorientierte Persönlichkeit
