Im interdisziplinären Team gestalten wir aktiv eine sichere Zukunft für schutzbedürftige Erwachsene, Familien, Kinder und Jugendliche. Wir suchen für die KESB Graubünden, Zweigstelle Engadin/Südtäler, per 1\. März 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung eine Juristin oder einen Juristen. Ihr Aufgabenbereich Unterstützung und Beratung der Behördemitglieder sowie Beistandspersonen bei materiellen und formellen rechtlichen Fragestellungen (Kindes\- und Erwachsenenschutzrecht, Ehe\- und Erbrecht, Grundstückgeschäfte, Versicherungsrecht, internationales Privatrecht) Selbstständige Bearbeitung zugeteilter Verfahren, unter anderem zustimmungsbedürftige Geschäfte (Art. 416 ZGB) Erstellen von Entscheidentwürfen in den zugeteilten Verfahren Aktuariatstätigkeit zuhanden der Behörde Aktive Mitarbeit in verschiedenen Projektgruppen (z.B.
