Description de l'emploi ##

La Direction générale du territoire et du logement (DGTL) est en charge de l'aménagement du territoire (plan directeur cantonal, planifications directrices et d'affectation, projets d'agglomération), du cadastre et de la géoinformation (géoportail cantonal), des autorisations en matière de permis de construire et de la politique du logement au niveau cantonal.

La Direction juridique (DJ) apporte son expertise en matière d-aménagement du territoire et de police des constructions. Elle assure notamment le traitement des dossiers complexes et contentieux, la défense des intérêts de la DGTL devant les instances judiciaires, l-évolution du cadre légal, ainsi que la surveillance de l-application de la législation cantonale en matière d-aménagement du territoire et de constructions.

Responsabilités ##

  • Établir les décisions de taxation et de perception de la taxe sur la plus-value foncière ;
  • Assurer le traitement des demandes d'expropriation matérielle ;
  • Assurer le suivi des recours contre les décisions rendues ;
  • Analyser et résoudre les problèmes juridiques liés à l'aménagement du territoire.

Qualifications ##

  • Master en droit
  • Brevet d'avocat·e souhaité
  • Pratique professionnelle dans le domaine de l'aménagement du territoire et/ou dans le domaine du droit fiscal
