Tâches

  • Examen des décisions complexes d'aide sociale, traitement des oppositions et des plaintes, rédaction de dénonciations pénales et d'avis, soutien lors de clôtures de procédures complexes
  • Rédaction juridique de documents de base et soutien actif à la commission sociale (par ex. lors de l'audition légale, négociations)
  • Examen des participations aux coûts dans les mesures de protection de l'enfant ou les cas de dommages dans la protection de l'adulte
  • Soutien pour les questions relatives à la LACI, diverses assurances sociales et à la protection des données

Exigences

  • Diplôme universitaire en droit (MLaw / lic. iur.)
  • Connaissances du système de sécurité sociale et de la procédure administrative
  • Résistance au stress, orientation service ainsi qu'une grande capacité de communication
