Le Service de l'aménagement du territoire (SCAT) recherche une, un

Juriste à 80% (CDD) SCAT62

Le SCAT a pour mission de veiller à un développement durable du territoire. Son action prospective et régulatrice vise tant à protéger les bases naturelles de la vie qu'à la création d'un milieu bâti harmonieux exempt de dangers, favorable à l'habitat, à la vie sociale et aux activités économiques. Il établit le plan directeur cantonal, contrôle l'adéquation des planifications communales aux règles de l'aménagement et coordonne les procédures de permis de construire.

Vos missions En votre qualité de juriste, vous collaborez aux différentes tâches du service en apportant votre expertise juridique à une équipe pluridisciplinaire. Vous vérifiez notamment la pertinence et la cohérence des règlements communaux d'aménagement tout en élaborant des projets de décisions liées à l'octroi de permis de construire. De plus, vous conduisez les révisions des législations régissant l’aménagement et les constructions et établissez les planifications cantonales. Le poste est proposé pour une durée de 7 à 8 mois dans le cadre d'un remplacement en raison d'un congé maternité.

Votre profil Titulaire d'une formation de juriste, complétée par une spécialisation ou une expérience en aménagement du territoire acquise au sein d’un bureau privé ou d’une administration publique, vous disposez de bonnes connaissances en matière de procédure administrative. Doté·e d'un sens avéré de la communication et de la négociation, vous bénéficiez de compétences en matière d'expertises immobilières. La détention du brevet d'avocat·e constitue un atout supplémentaire.
