Au sein de la Coopération internationale, vous faites office d'intermédiaire entre les investigations des autorités de surveillance étrangères et les acteurs du marché en Suisse.

Juriste (Career Starter) Coopération internationale (h/f/d)

La FINMA est chargée de la surveillance du marché financier suisse. Elle protège les créanciers, les investisseurs et les assurés, et assure le bon fonctionnement des marchés financiers. Elle contribue ce faisant à améliorer la réputation, la compétitivité et la viabilité de la place financière suisse. C'est pour remplir cette mission que s'engagent chaque jour plus de 800 collaborateurs compétents et motivés.

Vous souhaitez acquérir des connaissances pratiques dans le domaine du droit des marchés financiers? Nous vous proposons, au sein de la division Enforcement, un poste de

Tâches principales

  • Traitement autonome des demandes transmises par les autorités étrangères
  • Soutien au groupe Coopération internationale pour le traitement des demandes d'entraide administrative complexes
  • Contribution à la rédaction de décisions et à la conduite de procédures de recours
  • Éventuellement, participation à des contrôles sur place et aux auditions (selon les possibilités)

Profil requis

  • Études achevées en droit
  • Intérêt pour les questions liées au droit des marchés financiers
  • Excellentes facultés de communication, aussi bien à l'écrit qu'à l'oral
  • Bonnes connaissances des outils informatiques usuels
  • Méthode de travail efficace et précise
  • Parfaite maîtrise du français et de l'italien (niveau C2\), ainsi que très bonnes connaissances de l'allemand et de l'anglais (B2\)
