Au sein de la Coopération Internationale, vous agissez en tant qu'intermédiaire entre les enquêtes des autorités étrangères de surveillance des marchés financiers et les acteurs du marché en Suisse. ###

Tâches principales

  • Traitement autonome des demandes des autorités étrangères
  • Soutien du groupe Coopération Internationale dans le traitement des demandes complexes d'entraide administrative
  • Aide à la rédaction des décisions et à la conduite des procédures de recours
  • Participation, si possible, aux contrôles sur place et aux auditions

Profil

  • Diplôme en droit
  • Intérêt pour les questions de droit des marchés financiers
  • Excellentes compétences d'expression écrite et orale
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques courants
  • Méthode de travail orientée vers les objectifs et précise
  • Maîtrise parfaite de l'allemand et du français (C2) ainsi que très bonnes connaissances de l'italien et de l'anglais (B2)
