Rejoindre la FER Genève, c'est intégrer une institution de référence et contribuer chaque jour à faire vivre l'économie genevoise. ### Description du poste La Fédération des Entreprises Romandes (\\FER Genève\\) est l'organisation patronale de référence pour les entreprises du canton de Genève. Au sein de notre structure, le Service d'Assistante Juridique et de Conseils (\\SAJEC\\) assiste ses membres au quotidien dans toutes les questions de droit du travail, assurances sociales et permis de travail, mais aussi pour la gestion administrative du personnel frontalier et les questions de mobilité internationale grâce aux juristes du Pôle transfrontalier et International. Rattaché(e) au Pôle transfrontalier et International du SAJEC, vous interviendrez sur des dossiers complexes, concernant notamment : \* Gestion des problématiques liées aux voyages d'affaires, aux détachements , à l'expatriation, incluant les permis de travail et l'assujettissement aux assurances sociales. \* Expertise sur les activités multiples au sein de l'UE et de l'AELE et accompagnement sur les risques et obligations liés au télétravail des travailleurs frontaliers (aspects sociaux et fiscaux principalement). \* Analyse approfondie de la fiscalité internationale et suisse, de la domiciliation fiscale, de l'établissement stable, ainsi que des changements de pays de domicile fiscal, et de la retraite dans un contexte transfrontalier. \* Réalisation de prestations de conseil sous forme de consultations juridiques et d'analyses de dossiers spécifiques, permanence téléphonique. \* Conception et animation de formations en entreprise destinées principalement aux Ressources Humaines, organisation de conférences d'information sur les sujets d'actualité, rédaction d'articles. ### Profil recherché \* Titulaire d'un Master en Droit (un double cursus suisse et étranger, de préférence français, est fortement apprécié). \* Expérience confirmée acquise au sein d'une entreprise internationale, étude d'avocats, ou société de conseil spécialisée. \* Expertise confirmée dans les domaines des assurances sociales et du droit du travail international.Connaissances en droit des sociétés et bonne compréhension des problématiques de fiscalité liées à la mobilité des salariés, un atout. \* Maîtrise de l'anglais impérative (niveau juridique).
