Le Service juridique du gouvernement (www.rdr.llv.li) est un service de cabinet directement rattaché au chef du gouvernement. Nous fournissons de nombreux services pour le gouvernement, l'administration nationale et la population. Nous sommes responsables du conseil juridique au gouvernement, de l'examen légistique des textes législatifs et de leur publication sur notre base de données législative www.gesetze.li, de la représentation des intérêts du pays conformément à la loi sur l'avance d'entretien ainsi que de la mise à jour des annexes au contrat douanier et à d'autres accords avec la Suisse.

Description du poste

Vous vous sentez à l'aise dans les domaines d'activité suivants :

  • Examen légistique et révision des textes législatifs
  • Conseil aux services dans l'élaboration des textes législatifs
  • Traitement des questions juridiques dans tous les domaines du travail gouvernemental
  • Participation aux tâches mentionnées ci-dessus, notamment à la publication des textes législatifs, à la réalisation de recherches et à la rédaction d'avis
  • Assumer des tâches de remplacement

Qualifications

Ce poste requiert notamment :

  • Diplôme en droit
  • Expérience professionnelle de plusieurs années, de préférence dans le domaine de la législation
  • Connaissances du droit liechtensteinois, en particulier du droit constitutionnel et administratif
  • Capacité à traiter des questions complexes et à les résoudre de manière autonome
  • Excellentes capacités d'analyse et maîtrise du langage
  • Volonté de participer à des projets informatiques internes et à des applications d'IA
