Afin de renforcer notre département Assurances de personnes, qui propose à nos clients des services de haut niveau dans la gestion des sinistres, nous recherchons un/e Juriste francophone à 60%, pour les prestations Assurances de personnes. Les missions qui vous attendent : Traiter des litiges en matière d'assurances\-accidents, établir des décisions sur oppositions et des écritures judiciaires Traiter des litiges en matière d'assurance perte de gain maladie, négocier, concilier et rédiger des écritures judiciaires Analyser et répondre aux questions juridiques émanant des collègues gestionnaires de dossiers en LAA et perte de gain maladie, des souscripteurs ainsi que des courtiers Participer activement dans le cadre des projets et formations internes Votre profil : Master en droit ou titre jugé équivalent Idéalement une première expérience dans un rôle similaire dans le domaine des assurances sociales Langue maternelle française et maîtrise de l'allemand Maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels (MS Office) Si vous êtes également apte à travailler de manière autonome, tout en ayant un bon esprit d'équipe, résistant à la pression et aimez relever des défis, alors vous êtes la personne que nous recherchons !
