* Selbstständige Durchführung von Steuerbefreiungsverfahren * Beratung und Unterstützung der Veranlagungsbehörden in komplexen Fällen * Führung von Verfahren vor Steuergerichten * Mitarbeit in Gesetzgebungsprojekten sowie Unterstützung bei der Behandlung von politischen Vorstössen * Behandlung von Steuererlassgesuchen

**Was Sie mitbringen:**

* Abgeschlossenes juristisches Studium (Master of Law) sowie mehrjährige juristische oder steuerliche Berufserfahrung * Vertiefte Kenntnisse im Steuer- und Verwaltungsrecht sind von Vorteil * Gutes Verständnis für wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge * Gewandtheit im mündlichen und schriftlichen Ausdruck sowie eine exakte, speditive und selbstständige Arbeitsweise * Durchsetzungsvermögen und Verhandlungsgeschick * Teamfähigkeit und Belastbarkeit

Ihr Arbeitsumfeld

Das [Kantonale Steueramt (KStA)](https://www.ag.ch/de/verwaltung/dfr/ueber-uns/organisation/kantonales-steueramt) ist für den Vollzug der kantonalen und eidgenössischen Steuergesetze verantwortlich. Die Gemeinden veranlagen und beziehen die Steuern der natürlichen Personen; das KStA nimmt dabei die Aufsichtsfunktion wahr. Alle übrigen Steuerarten werden vom KStA selbst veranlagt und bezogen. Im Weiteren erarbeitet das KStA im Auftrag des Regierungsrats die Grundlagen für die Finanzplanung und die Steuerpolitik. Unsere rund 710'000 Einwohnerinnen und Einwohner sowie die 198 Gemeindeverwaltungen erwarten von uns täglich qualifizierte Dienstleistungen.
