Vos tâches

  • Conduite autonome des procédures de recours, y compris la rédaction des décisions à l-attention du Conseil d-État
  • Conseil aux offices spécialisés de la Direction des travaux publics ainsi qu-aux communes (droit de la planification, de la construction, de l-environnement, des soumissions et autres affaires de droit public)
  • Direction et participation à des projets de législation
  • Accompagnement juridique des commissions du Grand Conseil
  • Participation à des projets et groupes de travail

Votre profil

  • Diplôme en droit
  • Expérience professionnelle, de préférence en droit de la planification, de la construction, de l-environnement et des soumissions
  • Esprit d-équipe, résistance au stress, orientation solution et prise de décision
  • Capacité de réflexion en réseau, méthode de travail efficace et autonome, bonne aisance linguistique
  • Une expérience des procédures administratives est un atout
