Juristische/\-r Mitarbeiter/\-in St. Gallen, Schweiz \| 80\-100% Diesen Beitrag können Sie leisten Unterstützung und juristische Beratung der Leitungsorgane und der Abteilungen des Gerichts in den verschiedensten juristischen Themen (u.a. allgemeines Verwaltungs\- und Verfahrensrecht, Vertragsrecht, Beschaffungsrecht, Organisationsrecht, Personalrecht) Verfassen von juristischen Abklärungen, Anträgen, Berichten, Stellungnahmen und Verfügungen zuhanden von internen und externen Ansprechpartnern sowie Erarbeiten von internen Erlassen des Gerichts (Reglemente, Weisungen etc.) Vertreten von Geschäften in den Leitungsorganen Juristische Unterstützung bzw. Mitarbeit in den Digitalisierungsprojekten des Gerichts (eTAF) Mitwirkung bei Rechtsetzungsarbeiten auf Bundesebene und Ausarbeitung von Stellungnahmen zu Handen von Bundesrat, Parlament und Verwaltung Das macht Sie einzigartig Abgeschlossenes juristisches Studium (Lizenziat/Master) Idealerweise einige Jahre Berufserfahrung an einem Gericht oder in der öffentlichen Verwaltung (Bund / Kanton) Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen, Sinn für Gesamtzusammenhänge, rasche Auffassungsgabe, präziser sprachlicher Ausdruck, effiziente und selbständige Arbeitsweise Flexibel, lösungsorientiert, kommunikationsfreudig und belastbar Haupt\- und Arbeitssprache Deutsch oder ösisch, gute Kenntnisse einer weiteren Amtssprache Auf den Punkt gebracht Das Generalsekretariat stellt die notwendige Infrastruktur für den Gerichtsbetrieb bereit und unterstützt die Leitungsorgane und Abteilungen mit einer Vielzahl von wissenschaftlichen und administrativen Dienstleistungen. Sie erarbeiten in einem kleinen Team durchdachte und dennoch pragmatische juristische Lösungsvorschläge. Ihre Freude an der beratenden Tätigkeit drückt sich in Ihrer kundenorientierten Haltung sowie Ihrer Offenheit auch gegenüber nichtjuristischen Fragestellungen aus. Darüber hinaus bringen Sie grosses Interesse für verwaltungsrechtliche und politische Zusammenhänge mit.
