Die OSFINcontrol AG ist die zweitgrösste Aufsichtsorganisation der Schweiz und die Tochtergesellschaft der Selbstregulierungsorganisationen VQF und Polyreg. Sie gehört zur Branchenleader\-Gruppe im Aufsichtssektor des Parabankensektors. Wir beaufsichtigen schweizweit unabhängige Vermögensverwalter und Trustees und sorgen so für einen stabilen und vertrauenswürdigen Finanzplatz.

Was Sie erwartet

Sie arbeiten in einem interdisziplinären Team und betreuen den gesamten Prozess der prudentiellen Aufsicht: Von der Anschlussprüfung neuer Institute und Risikobewertungen bis hin zu Aufsichtsgesprächen, Auswertungen von Prüfberichten und Prüfungshandlungen arbeiten Sie unmittelbar am Puls des Aufsichtswesens. Dabei sind Sie laufend im Austausch mit Finanzinstituten, Prüfgesellschaften, Beratungsunternehmen sowie der FINMA.

Was Sie mitbringen

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschafts\- oder Rechtswissenschaften
  • Interesse am Finanzmarktrecht (insb. GwG, FIDLEG, FINIG)
  • Mindestens drei bis fünf Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung (z. B. in einer Kanzlei, Beratung, Revisionsgesellschaft, Aufsichtsbehörde oder Compliance/Rechtsabteilung eines Finanzinstituts)
  • Strukturierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise
  • Freude am Austausch mit verschiedenen Anspruchsgruppen in der ganzen Schweiz
  • Stilsichere Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Landessprachen sind von Vorteil
  • Analytisches Denken, Lösungsorientierung und Teamspirit
  • Interesse, regulatorische Fragestellungen verantwortungsvoll und aktiv mitzugestalten
