Willkommen in der faszinierenden Welt der Steuern! Das kantonale Steueramt erhebt gemeinsam mit den Gemeindesteuerämtern die Steuern für den Bund, den Kanton und die Gemeinden. Wir unterstützen Privatpersonen und Unternehmen im gesamten Steuererhebungsprozess. Dafür engagieren sich rund 800 qualifizierte Mitarbeitende am Standort in Zürich Altstetten. Der Bezugsdienst behandelt die Rechtsfälle des Steuerbezugs. Zur Ergänzung unseres Teams suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine/-n juristische/-n Praktikant/-in. Das juristische Praktikum bietet dir den idealen Einstieg, um dein Wissen -on the job- anzuwenden und dich im Steuer- sowie Verfahrensrecht zu vertiefen. Du hast die Möglichkeit, die kantonale Verwaltung näher kennenzulernen und gleichzeitig dein Netzwerk zu erweitern. Das Praktikum ist auf 12 Monate befristet.

Deine Aufgaben ###

  • Du bearbeitest selbständig Steuererlass-, Nachlass- und Rückzahlungsgesuche.
  • Auch das Verfassen von Einspracheentscheiden in Steuerbezugsangelegenheiten und Bussenverfahren gehört zu deinem Aufgabenbereich.
  • Zudem erstellst du Rekursentscheide hinsichtlich des Bezugs und Erlasses von Staats- und Gemeindesteuern sowie der direkten Bundessteuer.
  • Du wirkst aktiv bei Rechtsmittel- und Klageverfahren mit.

Dein Profil ###

  • Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Masterstudium MLaw oder stehst unmittelbar vor dem Abschluss.
  • Vorzugsweise hast du bereits während des Studiums erste Berufserfahrung im rechtlichen Bereich gesammelt, idealerweise an einem Gericht.
  • Du arbeitest gerne selbständig, bist verantwortungsbewusst und zeigst Eigeninitiative.
  • Deine hohen kommunikativen Fähigkeiten sowie deine ausgeprägte Kunden- und Dienstleistungsorientierung zeichnen dich aus.
  • Zudem bist du interessiert, dich in neue Themenbereiche einzuarbeiten und kannst dank deiner guten Auffassungsgabe Zusammenhänge rasch erfassen.
