Das Restaurant Schloss Bottmingen ist in der zweiten Hälfte des 13. Jahrhunderts erbaut worden und wird erstmals im Jahr 1363 urkundlich erwähnt. Es ist das einzige erhaltene Wasserschloss im Leimental und liegt in einem traumhaften englischen Park vor den Toren Basels. Die aussergewöhnliche historische Anlage steht unter eidgenössischem und kantonalem Denkmalschutz. Die romantischen und stilvollen Räumlichkeiten sind vor allem für Hochzeiten und festliche Anlässe aller Art besonders beliebt (bis 145 Personen). Des Weiteren stehen sechs gediegen eingerichtete, historische Säle für 8 bis 40 Personen zur Verfügung. Im Sommer geniessen die Gäste die romantische Stimmung auf der Gartenterrasse direkt am Weiher.

Heute ist das Restaurant Schloss Bottmingen ein Gastronomiebetrieb von hoher kulinarischer Qualität. Serviert werden in der Brasserie du Chateau, sowie im Gourmet Louis Kreationen der klassischen französischen Küche sowie kreative Gerichte je nach Saison.

Du bist ausgebildeter Koch und verfügst über Erfahrung in der Bankett-, Event- oder gehobenen Gastronomie.

Vor allem aber bist du ein Organisationstalent.

Deine Aufgaben

Hochzeiten, Firmenanlässe, Familienfeiern und zahlreiche Events gehören im Weiherschloss Bottmingen zu unserem Alltag – und jeder davon soll für unsere Gäste etwas Besonderes sein.

Dafür suchen wir einen Küchenchef Bankett, der gerne organisiert, vorausdenkt und auch dann ruhig bleibt, wenn am Pass richtig etwas los ist.

Du übernimmst Verantwortung für die kulinarische Umsetzung unserer Bankette und Veranstaltungen – von der Vorbereitung über die Organisation des Mise en Place bis zum letzten Teller am Anlass.

Dabei arbeitest du eng mit unserem Brasserie-Küchenchef, unserem Executive Chef sowie dem Event- und Serviceteam zusammen und bist gleichzeitig aktiv in den täglichen Küchenbetrieb eingebunden.

Du bist jemand, der nicht nur weiss, was gemacht werden muss, sondern auch dafür sorgt, dass sein Team weiss, wann und wie.

dazu gehören:

  • Planung, Vorbereitung und operative Umsetzung unserer Bankette und Veranstaltungen
  • Organisation von Mise en Place, Produktionsabläufen und Küchenlogistik
  • Verantwortung am Pass bei Hochzeiten, Firmenanlässen und Grossveranstaltungen
  • Aktive Mitarbeit im täglichen Küchenbetrieb
  • Führung und Anleitung der Mitarbeitenden während Produktion und Veranstaltungen
  • Sicherstellung einer konstant hohen Qualität – unabhängig davon, ob wir für 20 oder 200 Gäste kochen
  • Verantwortungsvoller Umgang mit Waren, Ressourcen und Food Cost
  • Enge Abstimmung mit Brasserie, Executive Chef, Service und Eventteam
  • Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung unseres Bankettangebots und unserer Abläufe
