Basel bekommt ein neues Stück Italien. Sei von Anfang an dabei

Zwischen dem ersten Espresso am Morgen, hausgemachter Pasta am Mittag, einem Dolce am Nachmittag, dem Aperitivo zum Feierabend und Cocktails bis spät in die Nacht entsteht mitten in Basel ein Ort, den es so noch nicht gibt.

Kein klassisches italienisches Restaurant. Kein Fine Dining. Keine gewöhnliche Bar. Sondern ein Ort, an dem Lebensfreude spürbar wird.

Morgens liegt der Duft von frisch gebrühtem Espresso und warmen Cornetti in der Luft. Mittags werden ehrliche italienische Klassiker serviert. Am Abend treffen sich Freunde auf einen Aperitivo, teilen gutes Essen, entdecken besondere Weine und lassen den Tag bei grossartigen Cocktails und guter Musik ausklingen.

Wir eröffnen nicht einfach ein Restaurant. Wir schaffen einen Ort, an den Menschen immer wieder zurückkehren möchten. Einen Lieblingsort.

Und dafür suchen wir nicht einfach Mitarbeitende. Wir suchen per 1. Dezember 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung, Persönlichkeiten, die gemeinsam mit uns etwas schaffen wollen, das Basel begeistern wird.

Funktion: Küchenchef*in, Arbeitspensum 100 %. Kreativer Kopf. Leader. Qualitätsfanatiker.

Deine Mission • Verantwortung für die gesamte Küchenorganisation • Aufbau und Führung des Küchenteams • Entwicklung und Mitgestaltung der Speisekarte • Sicherstellung höchster Qualitäts- und Hygienestandards • Einkauf und Warenbewirtschaftung • Effiziente Organisation aller Küchenabläufe • Leidenschaftliche italienische Küche auf konstant hohem Niveau

Du bringst mit • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Küchenchef • EFZ-Abschluss von Vorteil • Leidenschaft für die authentische italienische Küche • Führungserfahrung • Kreativität und Qualitätsbewusstsein • Organisationstalent • Belastbarkeit und Ruhe auch in hektischen Situationen
