**Ihre Aufgaben**

* Küchenleitung: Eigenverantwortliche Organisation und wirtschaftliche Führung des gesamten Verpflegungsbereichs * Kulinarik: Verantwortung für eine ausgewogene, hochwertige und regionale Küche * Arbeitsagogik: Anleitung, Förderung und Ausbildung eingewiesener Personen im Küchenalltag * Management: Dienstplanung, Lagerbewirtschaftung, Budgetkontrolle und HACCP-Hygiene

**Ihr Profil**

* Fachkompetenz: Eidg. Dipl. Küchenchef/-in mit mehrjähriger Führungserfahrung als Küchenchef/-in und Kenntnissen des Cook und Chill-Verfahrens * Agogik: Erfahrung oder Ausbildung in der Arbeitsagogik von Vorteil (Lehrlingsausbildung usw.) * Soft Skills: Souveräne Führungspersönlichkeit mit hohem Durchsetzungsvermögen und Fingerspitzengefühl, ausgeprägtem Gestaltungswillen sowie Freude an Innovation und Prozessoptimierung, hohe Resilienz, Belastbarkeit und absolute Diskretion sowie ausgeprägte Eigenmotivation und Kommunikationsstärke * Sprachen: Sehr gutes Deutsch und gute mündliche Französischkenntnisse (zwingend) * Mindestalter ab 28 Jahren

**Über das Amt für Justizvollzug**

Das Amt für Justizvollzug (AJV) ist mit rund 1000 Mitarbeitenden innerhalb der Sicherheitsdirektion des Kantons Bern (SID) für den offenen und geschlossenen Straf- und Massnahmenvollzug an Erwachsenen und Jugendlichen verantwortlich. Um diese Aufgabe zu erfüllen, stehen dem Amt vier konkordatliche Justizvollzugsanstalten, vier Regionalgefängnisse, die Bewachungsstation am Inselspital, die Haftleitstelle sowie die Bewährungs- und Vollzugsdienste zur Verfügung.
