Zur Vervollständigung unseres Teams im Bildungszentrum Campus in Aarberg suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n

Küchenchef 100%

In dieser Funktion sind Sie nicht nur für den reibungslosen Küchenbetrieb verantwortlich, sondern prägen auch die Esskultur unserer Fachkräfte von morgen.

Ihre Aufgaben

Fachliche und personelle Leitung des Küchenbereichs inkl. Tagesverantwortung für Produktion und Abläufe

Planung und Zubereitung von Mahlzeiten (Frühstück, Mittag, Abend) inkl. Spezialkost (Allergien, Unverträglichkeiten)

Organisation des täglichen Betriebsablaufs sowie aktives Mitwirken in der Produktion

Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller Hygiene\- und Sicherheitsvorschriften (HACCP, SIBE)

Mitverantwortlich für Lagerbewirtschaftung, Bestellungen und Zusammenarbeit mit Lieferanten

Förderung einer offenen, teamorientierten Kommunikation im Team

Zusammenarbeit mit Betriebsleitung, Service, Housekeeping und Administration zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs

Mitverantwortlich im Bereich (Wareneinsatz, Portionierung, Food Waste)

Verantwortung für Ordnung, Sauberkeit und Funktionalität in allen Küchen\- und Lagerbereichen, Gästeraum.
