Aufgaben & Herausforderungen

  • Gesamtverantwortung für die Küche sowie Weiterentwicklung des kulinarischen Konzepts
  • Kreation und Umsetzung moderner Gerichte mit internationalem Einfluss
  • Planung und kontinuierliche Anpassung von Menüs unter Berücksichtigung von Saison und Qualität
  • Führung, Förderung und Weiterentwicklung des Küchenteams
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs im operativen Tagesgeschäft
  • Verantwortung für Warenbestellungen, Lagerhaltung und Kostenkontrolle
  • Gewährleistung und Weiterentwicklung der Qualitäts- und Hygienestandards (HACCP)
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Serviceteam und der Geschäftsleitung zur Optimierung des Gesamterlebnisses

Qualifikationen & Kompetenzen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch/Köchin, eins darauf aufbauende Weiterbildung ist von Vorteil
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer leitenden Küchenfunktion in der gehobenen Gastronomie
  • Leidenschaft für eine moderne, kreative Küche, in der man Neues ausprobieren kann
  • Ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein und Sinn für Ästhetik und Details
  • Führungserfahrung sowie die Fähigkeit, ein Team zu inspirieren und weiterzuentwickeln
  • Organisationstalent und unternehmerisches Denken
  • Belastbarkeit und Ruhe auch in anspruchsvollen Servicesituationen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
