Je nach Eignung und Interesse hast du die Möglichkeit, Führungsverantwortung zu übernehmen. Deine Aufgabe Du erfasst Kundenbedürfnisse und entwickelst kreative Lösungen für Küchen und Interior Design mit passenden Konzepten und Plänen Deine kommunikative Art und deine spannenden Konzepte begeistern die Kunden Du entwickelst Küchen und komplette Innenraumkonzepte und begleitest und koordinierst deren Umsetzung Du verkaufst unsere hochwertigen Küchen wie auch weitere Produkte aus unserem gesamten Sortiment (Möbel, Licht, Textilien und Böden) Du bist in unserem Unternehmen die verantwortliche Person für den Bereich Küchen und deren Entwicklung und Erfolg Was wir uns wünschen Berufserfahrung in der Küchenplanung, Innenausbau\- oder Einrichtungsbranche Fundiertes Fachwissen und ein gutes Gespür für Gestaltung Ausbildung als Schreiner/in, Hochbauzeichner/in, Innenarchitekt/in oder vergleichbare praktische Erfahrung in der Küchenbranche Erfahrung mit CAD und MS Office, idealerweise auch mit Compusoft Winner Sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift) Idealerweise wirst du in der Region wohnen Was wir bieten Ein familiäres, freundschaftliches Team Einen Chef, mit dem man reden kann Ein überdurchschnittliches Gehalt Ein aussergewöhnlicher Arbeitsplatz in Interlaken Einen langfristigen Arbeitsplatz in der Region Interlaken\-Grindelwald Klingt nach dir?
