The posting

Unsere moderne Produktionsküche, in der wir täglich ca. 500 Mittagessen und 500 Abendessen frisch für den Kantonalen Sozialdienst kochen, befindet sich in Zürich/Oerlikon. Getreu der ZFV-Philosophie wird frisch vor Ort mit regionalen, sowie ökologisch sinnvoll produzierten und fair gehandelten Lebensmitteln gekocht.

Bist du unser neues Teammitglied, welches uns als Köchin / Koch: per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung unterstützt?

Du arbeitest in einem 60%-Pensum von Montag bis Sonntag. Die Arbeitszeiten liegen zwischen 07:00 Uhr und 18:30 Uhr und können variieren.

Dein Aufgabenmenü: * Erstellung von Mise en Place * Kochen der Gerichte nach Rezepturen nach dem Cook and Chill Verfahren * Kommissionieren der Mahlzeiten und auf die Standorte verteilt * Regenerieren der Mahlzeiten * Abpacken der Mahlzeiten in die Wärmeboxen * Wahrnehmung der Gastgeberrolle sowie Ansprechperson für die Betreiberorganisationen bei der Auslieferung * Warenannahme und Bewirtschaften des Lagers * Einbringen von Ideen für die Menügestaltung * Pünktliche Auslieferungsfahrten der Mahlzeiten am Mittag und am Abend * Be -- und Entladen der Fahrzeuge * Fahrzeugunterhalt (Reinigung der Fahrzeuge, tanken, nachfüllen von Betriebsflüssigkeiten etc.) * Sicherstellung der Sauberkeit und Ordnung auf zugeteiltem Posten * Erledigung von allgemeinen Aufräum- und Reinigungsarbeiten * Umsetzung der ZFV-Qualitäts- und Dienstleistungsstandards

Dein Erfolgsrezept: * Grundausbildung als Köchin / Koch: EFZ oder gastronomische Grundausbildung EFZ mit Zusatzausbildung als Köchin / Koch: EFZ * Besitz des Führerausweises ist erforderlich (Kat. B) * Gute mündliche und schriftliche Deutschkenntnisse * Agiles und innovatives Mindset * Zielorientierung * Kundenorientierung * Teamplayer * Veränderungsbereitschaft * Lernbereitschaft * Begeisterte:r \<\<Foodie\>\> und Geniesser:in * Saubere und selbständige Arbeitsweise
