Das Kulturareal Mühle Tiefenbrunnen im Zürcher Seefeld ist ein Ort zum Wohnen, Arbeiten, Ausgehen und Verweilen. Das Herzstück davon bildet das Café Kornsilo, das von der Mühle Tiefenbrunnen Gastronomie AG betrieben wird. Längst ein Lieblingsort im Quartier, zieht das Café Kornsilo einen bunten Mix an Gästen an. Die Küche setzt auf regionale Produkte und pflegt eine raffinierte Einfachheit. Von Montag bis Freitag werden nebst dem à la Carte Angebot täglich wechselnde Menüs mit saisonalem und regionalem Anspruch radikal frisch zubereitet, während am Wochenende der Brunch in seiner Vielfalt zelebriert wird. Verschiedene Events und Veranstaltungen ergänzen das Angebot des Café Kornsilos.

Wir suchen für das Café Kornsilo ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung

eine Köchin oder ein Koch, 90-100%

(Tagesbetrieb mit durchgehenden Diensten ohne Zimmerstunden)

Deine Aufgaben: Verantwortungsvolles Ausführen der Arbeiten auf dem jeweiligen Posten Anrichten der Menüs Du sorgst für Sauberkeit an dem dir zugeteilten Arbeitsplatz. Das Einhalten der Hygienevorschriften (HACCP) und der Arbeitssicherheitsrichtlinien ist für dich selbstverständlich Sorgfältiger Umgang mit Lebensmitteln, Verbrauchs- und Gebrauchsmaterialien, Geräten und Maschinen Warenannahme und Bewirtschaftung des Lagers Hilfe bei der Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung des kulinarischen Angebotes Du arbeitest grundsätzlich an 5 Tagen pro Woche, zwischen Montag und Sonntag Dienste: 07:00/08:00 Uhr - 16:00/17:00 Uhr, sowie teilweise an Events am Abend

Unsere Anforderungen: Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung (z. B. EFZ) als Köchin/Koch oder entsprechende Erfahrung im Beruf Du hast Freude und Leidenschaft für deinen Beruf und bist selbst eine genussvolle und foodbegeisterte Person Du bist teamfähig, zuverlässig, stressresistent und pünktlich Sauberes Erscheinungsbild Du bist bereit, an möglichen Anlässen zu arbeiten, die auch mal abends stattfinden können
