Willkommen im Herzen von Zürich, direkt bei der Bahnhofstrasse. Früher ein lebendiger Ort des Seidenhandels, ist das 4\*Superior Boutique-Hotel Seidenhof heute ein moderner Arbeitsort. Reisende aus aller Welt übernachten hier in den 78 Zimmern, verweilen im Restaurant Enja genauso wie an der Bar oder entdecken von hier aus die schönsten Orte der Nachbarschaft. Mit modernem Design und hochwertiger Ausstattung begeistert das Hotel und nimmt die Geschichte des ehemaligen Seidenhandels auf. Unser Team kümmert sich um einmalige Erlebnisse und unvergessliche Aufenthalte.

Bist du unser neues Teammitglied, welches uns als Köchin / Koch: (Chef de Partie) (100%) per 07.09.2026 oder nach Vereinbarung unterstützt? Du arbeitest jeweils von Montag bis Samstag in Schichten (Früh-, Mittel- oder Spätdienst) entweder von 09:00 Uhr bis 18:00 Uhr, 11:30 Uhr bis 21:30 Uhr oder 14:00 Uhr bis 22:30 Uhr.

Dein Aufgabenmenü: ------------------

  • Erstellung der Mise en Place auf dem zugeteilten Posten
  • Produktion der Speisen auf dem zugeteilten Posten (Entremetier, Gardemanger, Saucier etc.)
  • Kochen am offenen Feuer
  • Sicherstellung des Nachschubs an den Menülinien
  • Regenerierung / Anrichten der Menüs während dem Mittagsservice
  • Mitarbeiten bei Caterings, Apéros und Spezialanlässen
  • Warenannahme und Bewirtschaften des Lagers
  • Einbringen von Ideen für die Menügestaltung
  • Sicherstellung der Sauberkeit und Ordnung auf zugeteiltem Posten
  • Erledigung von allgemeinen Aufräum- und Reinigungsarbeiten
  • Umsetzung der ZFV-Qualitäts- und Dienstleistungsstandards
  • Einhaltung sowie Umsetzung der Hygiene- und Arbeitssicherheitsrichtlinien

Dein Erfolgsrezept: -------------------

  • Grundausbildung als Koch EFZ oder gastronomische Grundausbildung EFZ mit Zusatzausbildung als Koch EFZ
  • Erfahrung in der à la Carte Küche
  • Gute mündliche und schriftliche Deutschkenntnisse
  • Begeisterte:r \<\<Foodie\>\> und Geniesser:in
  • Teamplayer
  • Passion für den Kochberuf und Freude am Gästekontakt
  • Saubere und selbständige Arbeitsweise
