  • Frische, qualitativ hochwertige Speisen für Patientinnen und Patienten, Mitarbeitende sowie im Cateringbereich zubereiten
  • Produktqualität, Frische und die Einhaltung definierter Standards sicherstellen
  • Lernende sowie Praktikantinnen und Praktikanten im Berufsalltag begleiten und fördern
  • Das Menübestellsystem pflegen und anwenden
  • Tagesverantwortung übernehmen sowie die Einhaltung der Hygiene- und Qualitätsrichtlinien gewährleisten

Was du für diese Stelle mitbringst ##

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Köchin/Koch EFZ, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung als Diätköchin/Diätkoch oder mit eidgenössischem Fachausweis
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer Gross- oder Produktionsküche von Vorteil
  • Freude an gesunder Ernährung und modernen Kochkonzepten
  • Organisationsstarke, belastbare und verantwortungsbewusste Persönlichkeit mit Freude an Führungsaufgaben
  • Gute IT-Anwenderkenntnisse sowie ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
