Deine Aufgaben

  • Verantworten der Kostenermittlung während der frühen Projektphasen (KP0 bis KP3)
  • Sicherstellen einer reibungslosen Planungsabwicklung bei Projekten mit Totalunternehmerlösung
  • Behalten des Überblicks über Termine und Fortschritt in der Planungsphase
  • Einholen von Offerten bei externen Fachplanern und Entscheiden über deren Vergabe
  • Abstimmen mit der Projektleitung bei der Vergabe von Aufträgen an Subunternehmer
  • Suchen nach wirtschaftlich und technisch sinnvollen Lösungen im Austausch mit allen Beteiligten

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bauwesen mit Weiterbildung als Projektleiter, Bauleiter, Bauführer, Baumeister, Bauingenieur oder gleichwertiger Qualifikation
  • Ausgewiesene Kompetenz in der Ermittlung von Baukosten während der frühen Planungsphasen (KP0 bis KP3)
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Bereichen wie Kalkulation, Baukostenplanung und der Leitung von Projekten
  • Routinierter Umgang mit MS Office sowie der Software Messerli
  • Ausgeprägtes unternehmerisches Denken, verbunden mit einem sicheren Gespür für Kosten und pragmatische Lösungen
  • Deutsch: Sehr gute Kenntnisse (C1)

Deine Perspektiven Dich erwartet eine Anstellung mit 42.5 Wochenstunden bei flexibler Zeiteinteilung und einem Tag Homeoffice sowie 25 Tagen Ferien.
