Die traditionsreiche und familiengeführte LANDOLT GRUPPE bietet in drei Divisionen Baudienstleistungen an: Bauunternehmung - TU/GU - Immobilien. Seit der Gründung fest verankert in Kleinandelfingen, gehört die LANDOLT GRUPPE heute zu einer führenden und überregional bekannten Firma der Baubranche. Mit mittlerweile rund 500 Mitarbeitenden bündelt sie Fachwissen, Berufsstolz und Freude am Bauen an einem Ort.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Kalkulatoren-Teams in der Bauunternehmung suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine/-n Kalkulator/-in.

Ihr Job ##

  • Erstellen von Offerten und Angeboten für Baumeisterarbeiten (Hoch-, Tief-, Umbau- und Ingenieurbetonbau)
  • Erarbeiten von Kalkulationen und Kostenschätzungen unter Einbezug der zeitlichen Aufwendungen gemäss Ausschreibung und/oder Leistungsverzeichnis für Bauausschreibungen und Submissionen mittels ERP ABACUS.
  • Strukturierung und Steuerung des Kalkulationsprozesses und Aufstellen der Angebotskalkulation unter Berücksichtigung der Kosten-Nutzen-Rechnung.
  • Einholen und vergleichen von Offerten für Material und Subunternehmer im Kalkulationsprozess.
  • Erstellen von weiteren Unterlagen wie Installationsplan, Bauprogramm, Berichte und Grundlagen zur Ergänzung der Offerte.
  • Anpassungen für Abgebote vornehmen.
  • Vorbereitung der Auftragsverhandlungen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Leiter Kalkulation
  • Teilnahme an internen Sitzungen für Dossierübergabe an Bereichsleiter Ausführung und Bauführer.
  • Ansprechperson für Bereichsleiter Ausführung und Bauführer.
  • Dokumente zur Sicherung und Weiterverarbeitung an das Technische Sekretariat weiterleiten.

Ihr Profil ##

  • Abgeschlossene höhere Berufsausbildung im Baugewerbe (z.B. Bauführer, Baumeister, Ingenieur, oä.) mit anschliessender Erfahrung in einer technischen oder kaufmännischen Bürofunktion
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Kalkulation
  • Gutes technisches Verständnis sowie ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis 
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
