Für unseren Auftraggeber in der Ostschweiz suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als Kalkulator/in Heizung / Lüftung (m/w/d).

Stellenbeschreibung

- Erstellung präziser und wettbewerbsfähiger Kalkulationen für Heizungs- und Lüftungsprojekte im Submissionsgeschäft - Analyse und Prüfung von Ausschreibungsunterlagen sowie Bewertung von Chancen und Risiken - Technische Plausibilisierung von Angeboten und Kalkulationen - Einholung, Prüfung und Vergleich von Angeboten von Lieferanten und Subunternehmern - Unterstützung der Projektleitung bei Nachträgen und Zusatzangeboten - Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Projektleitern, Fachspezialisten und internen Anspruchsgruppen - Kalkulation von funktionalen Ausschreibungen sowie von Eigenprojekten im Bereich Heizung und Lüftung - Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung von Kalkulationsprozessen und technischen Lösungen Weitere Infos? Anforderungsprofil

  • Abgeschlossene technische Grundausbildung im Bereich Gebäudetechnik, vorzugsweise Heizung oder Lüftung
  • Berufserfahrung als Sachbearbeiter, Projektleiter oder in einer vergleichbaren Funktion innerhalb der Gebäudetechnik
  • Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für technische Zusammenhänge und wirtschaftliche Fragestellungen
  • Gute Kenntnisse in den gängigen MS Office Anwendungen
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und genaue Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Eigenverantwortung sowie unternehmerisches Denken
  • Teamorientierte, zuverlässige und belastbare Persönlichkeit
