Kalkulator\*in HLKKS mit Schwerpunkt Heizung 80\-100% (m/w/d)

Was Sie bei uns erwartet

  • First point of contact wenn es um Ausschreibungen oder allgemeine Offertanfragen geht
  • Überprüfen der eingegangenen Unterlagen, Erfassen der Anfragen in der Auftragsgewinnungs\-Liste sowie Zuteilen zum korrekten Teilbereich
  • Erstellen von Offerten auf der Basis von Submissionen
  • Einholen, Prüfen und Vergleichen von Angeboten von Lieferanten und Subunternehmer
  • Selbstständige Ausarbeitung von funktionalen Ausschreibungen
  • Termingerechte Einreichung des Dossiers inkl. aller erforderlichen Angebots\-Beilagen
  • Erstabklärungen am Telefon sowie Terminkoordination für Besichtigungen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit innerhalb des Teams sowie mit unseren Bereichs\-, Team\- und Projektleitern
  • Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung von Kalkulationsprozessen und technischen Lösungen

Was Sie mitbringen

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Gebäudetechnikplaner\in oder Installateur\in, vorzugsweise im Fachbereich Heizung. Alternativ eine Ausbildung als Technische\r Kauffrau/ mit einer Weiterbildung im Bereich HLKKS (Projektleiter\in Heizung/Kälte o.ä.)
  • Kaufmännische Berufserfahrung in einem ausführenden Betrieb im Bereich der Gebäudetechnik (HLKKS) in einer vergleichbaren Position ist von Vorteil
  • Spass an der Arbeit mit Zahlen
  • Ausgeprägtes wirtschaftliches Denken
  • Eigenständiges und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten
  • Gute Kenntnisse in den gängigen MS Office Anwendungen
