Das kannst du bewirken

- Du verantwortest und planst die inhaltliche Ausgestaltung und Umsetzung von themen-, produkt- und regulatorischen Vermarktungskampagnen mit Schwerpunkt Firmenkunden

- Du pflegst Schnittstellen zu diversen internen und externen Stakeholdern, vertrittst das Team in Projekten und übernimmst den Lead für die daraus entstehenden Marketingmassnahmen

- Du analysierst laufend deine Kampagnen auf Basis von Reportings anhand von geeigneten Kennzahlen und bist für deren Steuerung und Optimierung verantwortlich

- Du erstellst Erfolgskontrollen zur Wirtschaftlichkeit und Wirksamkeit der Marketingmassnahmen und trägst Verantwortung für die Budgetplanung und -einhaltung

- Du identifizierst neue Möglichkeiten zur Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung von Vermarktungsmassnahmen und betrachtest Veränderungen als eine Chance

Das bringst du mit

- Hochschulabschluss (FH/Universität) in Betriebswirtschaft, Marketing, Kommunikation oder einem verwandten Bereich; alternativ eine entsprechende Weiterbildung mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung

- Ausgeprägte Macherpersönlichkeit mit einer starken Umsetzungsorientierung und der Fähigkeit, Konzepte erfolgreich in die Praxis zu überführen, idealerweise im B2B-Umfeld

- Hohes Mass an Ownership, Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

- Starke analytische Fähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

- Freude an der Zusammenarbeit in interdisziplinären Teams sowie ein sicheres Auftreten und professionelles Stakeholdermanagement

- Fähigkeit, komplexe Themen verständlich aufzubereiten und unterschiedliche Anspruchsgruppen zielgerichtet abzuholen

- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Landessprachen sind ein Plus
