Kauffrau / Kaufmann Versicherung

In der Funktion als Kauffrau / Kaufmann Versicherung betreuen Sie unsere Mandatsleiter, Kunden und unsere Lernenden. Zusammen mit Ihren Teamkollegen sorgen Sie für eine professionelle und erfolgreiche Dienstleistung für unsere Privatkunden und KMU‘s.

Ihr Aufgabenbereich in Kürze…

  • erstellen von Offertausschreibungen an unsere Partnergesellschaften
  • erarbeiten von Vergleichen der verschiedenen Versicherungsangeboten
  • Controlling und Support bei Schadenfällen
  • Kundenberatung und Support in sämtlichen Versicherungsbelangen, vor allem bei KMU‘s
  • Sicherung und Weiterentwicklung des internen Kontrollsystems
  • Praxisbildner und Ausbildungsverantwortlicher für unsere Lernenden

Ihr Profil entspricht…

  • Sie haben Freude am Arbeiten
  • Eigeninitiative und Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen
  • eine kaufmännische Grundbildung bei einem Versicherer oder Treuhänder
  • mehrere Jahre Erfahrung im Versicherungswesen
  • evtl. eine eidg. Fachausbildung im Bereich Versicherung oder ähnliche Diplome
  • Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung im Versicherungsbereich
  • Sie verfügen über gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Geschäftsversicherungen
  • sehr gute Umgangsformen
  • Erfahrung in der Ausbildung von Lernenden gemäss neuer NKG
  • evtl. Lehrmeisterkurs
  • für Wiedereinsteiger/innen geeignet.
