Wir sind ein dynamisches, in der Edelstahlverarbeitung tätiges Unternehmen und suchen per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung ein(e)

Kaufmännische(r) Mitarbeiter(in)/Sachbearbeiter(in) Innendienst Einkauf 80\-100 % (w/m/d)

Besetzung der Stelle im JOBSHARING möglich (Arbeitstage MO, DI, FR)

Kaufmännische(r) Mitarbeiter(in) / Sachbearbeiter(in) Innend. Einkauf (w/m/d) ==============================================================================

Deine Hauptaufgaben

  • Beschaffung von Armaturen, Rohren, Rohmaterialien sowie Hilfs\- und Betriebsstoffen
  • Angebote bei Lieferanten einholen
  • Erfassen von Bestellungen, verbuchen der Wareneingänge
  • Organisieren der Transporte für Import\- und Exportgüter und Erstellen der erforderlichen Zollpapiere
  • Liefertermine verfolgen (in regem Austausch mit Lieferanten)
  • Rechnungskontrolle
  • Pflege der Artikelstammdaten
  • Regelmässige Stellvertretung Innendienst Verkauf, d.h. Bedienung Telefonzentrale, Erfassung von Bestellungen, Erstellen von Lieferscheinen, Versand von Materialzertifikaten

Unsere Anforderungen

  • abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder gleichwertige Grundausbildung mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung im Innendienst
  • deutsche Muttersprache, gute mündliche ösischkenntnisse
  • Gute Kenntnisse der MS\-Office Programme, insbesondere Excel
  • Strukturierter, sorgfältiger Arbeitsstiel, Organisationstalent
  • Exakte und selbständige Arbeitsweise
  • hohe Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
  • hohe Flexibilität
