Zur Verstärkung unseres modernen und flexiblen Teams suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als Kaufmännische/r Angestellte/r – Buchhaltung 50% (m/w/d) Auf was Sie sich freuen dürfen: Führen der Finanz\- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung Bearbeitung und Kontrolle von Rechnungen Verbuchung von Zahlungseingängen und \-ausgängen Vorbereitung und Abwicklung des Zahlungsverkehrs Mahnwesen und Kontenabstimmungen Kontrolle und Bearbeitung der Zeiterfassung der Mitarbeitenden Unterstützung bei Monats\- und Jahresabschlüssen Mithilfe bei administrativen Aufgaben im Bereich Human Resources (HR) Allgemeine kaufmännische und administrative Arbeiten Diverse administrative Arbeiten mit MS Office, OPACC, Infoniqa Was Sie mitbringen sollten: Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung von Vorteil Deutsche Muttersprache (idealerweise Schweizerdeutsch) Gute bis sehr gute ösischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Gute MS\-Office\-Kenntnisse insbesondere EXCEL Selbstständige, strukturierte und exakte Arbeitsweise Freude am Umgang mit Zahlen und administrativen Aufgaben Diskretion und Verantwortungsbewusstsein im Umgang mit vertraulichen Personal\- und Finanzdaten Teamfähige, zuverlässige und dienstleistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit Wir bieten: Ein angenehmes Arbeitsumfeld in einem wachsenden Unternehmen Moderne und effiziente Arbeitsutensilien Flexible Arbeitszeiten (Jahresarbeitszeit) Lohnspanne: je nach Ausbildung, Erfahrung und Alter Arbeitsort: Rossens Kostenloser Parkplatz Stellenantritt: Per 1\.
